Scout AI is building the first defense-specific robotic foundation model and is seeking a GTM Program Manager. You will own end-to-end go-to-market initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success, driving adoption and revenue growth while keeping teams aligned and moving quickly.

You will thrive in ambiguity, build lightweight systems, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver launch plans with clear milestones and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.

The Role

As the GTM Program Manager, you\'ll own the execution of our go-to-market initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success. You\'ll ensure new capabilities move from concept to customer quickly while building the operational systems that allow Scout AI to scale. You thrive in ambiguity, drive clarity across cross-functional teams, and have an obsession with execution. You don\'t wait for perfect processes you build lightweight systems that help teams move faster.

• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
• Bias toward action and ownership
• May be expected to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance

The stated salary range below represents an estimated base pay only and reflects consideration of multiple compensation factors. Final salary offers may differ depending on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience or training background, specialized skills, and business needs.
