Skillsearch Limited is partnering with a global games publisher to hire a Senior GTM Program Manager who will own go-to-market planning and launch readiness for a portfolio of AAA PC and console titles. This highly visible role sits at the centre of publishing, marketing, development and partner organisations.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic planning and a track record of delivering complex launches at scale for AAA games.

Formación

• 8+ years in Game Publishing, Marketing Programme Management or Go-To-Market programmes.
• Experience leading AAA PC and console game launches.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and report on complex launches.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end GTM planning across major launch milestones and marketing beats.
• Lead cross-functional programme leadership across publishing, development and marketing.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, governance and executive reporting.
• Coordinate budget, vendor activities and contract deliverables.
• Develop dashboards and frameworks for launch readiness and post-launch reviews.
• Identify risks and drive timely decision-making to mitigate them.
