Job summary

Datadog is seeking a GTM Operations Associate - Channels & Alliances to partner with global GTM leaders, driving operational efficiency, reporting, and scalable processes. You will act as the operational backbone for the C&A organization, ensuring data integrity and tooling support across systems in a fast-growing SaaS company.

This hybrid role requires 2–4 years in business operations, Salesforce reporting expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar.
• Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with business systems and tooling; quick learner.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative across teams.
• Ownership mindset with track record of improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring operational processes supporting the global Channels & Alliances organization.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for visibility into pipeline and partner performance.
• Collaborate with C&A, Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales and cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support processes and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs for scalability.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted operational resource with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
