Job summary

Springworks is hiring a GTM Operations Manager to own the systems, automation, and reporting backbone of marketing. The role ensures campaigns, data, and infrastructure run smoothly, enabling revenue generation across our remote-first organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google/Meta ads, email marketing platforms, Zoho CRM, and automation tooling. You will collaborate with sales, leadership, and vendor teams in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Strong demonstrable experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA/GSC.
• Detail-oriented, capable of owning technical and operational infra with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating with sales, leadership, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage email and CRM operations, including scaling Mailmodo contacts and CRM pipeline in Zoho.
• Own Google/Meta ads end-to-end, coordinate creative and copy updates.
• Administer domain/DNS configurations and infrastructure.
• Oversee outbound campaigns including WhatsApp, and sync with sales workflows.
• Build and maintain automation connecting marketing tools for weekly/monthly reporting.

Role Overview

Springworks is hiring a GTM Operations Manager. The role owns the systems, automation, and reporting backbone of marketing - sitting behind the scenes to keep campaigns, data, and infrastructure running.

Key Responsibilities

• Email & CRM Operations Manage the Mailmodo email platform, including contact list scaling (currently past 50K contacts) and plan upgrades Maintain Zoho CRM pipeline and SQL reporting for stakeholders. Own and monitor cold-email inbox health across ~100 inboxes - tracking deliverability/health scores, warm-up cycles, and vendor replacements for disconnected accounts.
• Paid Media Full ownership of Google Ads, Meta Ads execution end-to-end - strong hands-on paid search expertise is a must-have Coordinate creative and copy fixes
• Infrastructure & Domain Admin Manage domain/DNS configuration
• Outbound Campaigns Manage WhatsApp campaign operations - scheduling batches, triaging replied leads, and coordinating handoffs to sales Manage inbound/outbound email reply workflows across sales tools (e.g. Instantly).
• Reporting Automation Build/maintain automation connecting marketing tools (Zoho CRM, Slack, Brevo) for weekly/monthly reporting - comfort with automation tooling is a strength.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Detail-oriented systems thinker, comfortable owning technical/operational infrastructure with minimal oversight.
• Strong, proven Google Ads, Meta Ads, GSC and GA experience is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external vendor teams
• Prior experience with email marketing platforms (Mailmodo/Brevo), CRM systems (Zoho), and domain/DNS admin is a plus.
