Meal Ticket in Greenville, SC is seeking a RevOps engineer to own GTM operations for Revenue and CS. You will manage Salesforce architecture, data hygiene, forecasting, and funnel reporting, while building agentic workflows, enrichment, and routing automation under an AI governance framework.

This player-coach role involves hands-on work with CRM data, APIs, and dashboards, with security reviews and sandbox testing before production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps or sales/marketing operations in B2B SaaS.
• Salesforce admin/architecture experience including custom development.
• Hands-on experience building with APIs, scripting, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience designing and deploying LLM or agent-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture and data integrity with field governance.
• Lead forecast and pipeline inspection cadence and accuracy.
• Design territory, quota and comp administration across Sales and CS.
• Manage deal desk throughput and SLA adherence.
• Develop funnel and attainment reporting by stage, segment, channel and rep.
• Build agentic workflows for lead research, enrichment and routing.
