ZoomInfo is seeking an experienced GTM Operations professional to orchestrate product launches and go-to-market initiatives. You will own workback planning, governance, and readiness processes ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, and Enablement.

You will define tiered launch standards, run launch councils, and build dashboards to track progress. Strong AI tooling fluency and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Program/Project Management, GTM Operations, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end product release/launch programs.
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional launches involving Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Familiarity with content/enablement systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own workback plans, dependencies, and readiness gates across product launches and GTM programs.
• Define tiering standards (Tier-1 vs Tier-2) based on revenue impact and readiness needs.
• Run governance forums and manage launch councils and go/no-go checkpoints.
• Develop dashboards and the single source of truth for GTM program calendar.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Competitive Intelligence on messaging and training plans.
