Job summary

Base is building America’s next generation power company by deploying a distributed battery network to modernize the grid. We’re seeking a system-minded professional to optimize GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering with lightweight tools and data-driven workflows.

You’ll design workflows, automate processes, and collaborate with Engineering to ensure clean data pipelines, next-gen integrations, and scalable prototypes that move teams faster and with higher quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product, growth, sales ops, revops, data engineering, or related ops roles.
• Systems thinker who understands cross-team processes.
• Experience with CRM tools or GTM teams.
• Comfort with APIs, automation, and data structures.
• Ability to build simple tools or prototypes with workflow automation and no/low-code apps.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or lightweight coding.
• Ability to build reports and drive action from insights.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to optimize how leads, customers, and processes move through our systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
• Design workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve the speed and quality of GTM execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure clean and consistent data pipelines and integrations across CRM and internal tools.
• Build scalable, lightweight prototypes or automations, leveraging AI and cutting-edge technologies to drive process innovation.
• Improve the operating system that connects Sales, Marketing, and CS by identifying gaps and shipping fixes.
• Build a roadmap based on GTM needs, data insights, and your own observations.
