Job summary

Planhat in Los Angeles is seeking a GTM Operations Associate to design, build, and deploy go-to-market workflows. Think of this role as product management for our GTM engine, partnering with commercial leadership to shape requirements and drive adoption across teams.

You will scope requirements, design end-to-end processes, build configurations and automations, create docs and training, lead rollout, and monitor adoption and impact to iterate for better outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in RevOps, BizOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Strategy & Ops at a tech company.
• Hands-on ownership of workflows others depend on.
• Deep comfort with a modern tech stack, automation tooling, and integrations.
• Ability to turn vague business asks into scoped requirements.
• Structured, deadline-driven multi-stakeholder project execution.
• Data-driven with an ability to defend recommendations.
• Clear, top-down communication and cross-team enablement.
• Self-starter with proactive independence.
• Ambition to scale systems without proportional headcount growth.

Responsibilities

• Scope requirements for GTM initiatives, turning open-ended asks into sequenced launch specs.
• Design end-to-end processes with defined steps, owners, and handoffs.
• Build configurations and automation inside our systems.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and training materials for commercial teams.
• Lead the rollout, train teams and support adoption in the initial weeks.
• Track adoption and business impact post-launch and iterate on results.
