Job summary

On The Stage is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to own the reliability and coherence of our GTM tech stack. You will ensure our tools, data, and workflows enable every GTM team member to work efficiently and with confidence, while aligning the architecture with a clear roadmap for future innovations.

You will partner with senior leaders to maintain a single version of the truth from top-of-funnel to revenue, driving improvements across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Systems, or a closely related function.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including administration and integrations.
• Proven ability to audit, document, and improve GTM workflows and data quality across systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain lightweight tools and dashboards to surface key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a living GTM tech stack map across Marketing, Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Support.
• Map end-to-end GTM journeys and identify data handoffs and continuity gaps.
• Maintain clear documentation for GTM configurations, fields, and routing logic.
• Lead workflow audits to reduce friction, remove manual steps, and accelerate processes.
• Build dashboards and lightweight tools to surface timely insights and improve decision-making.
