You will build Salesforce reports, support dashboards, and collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales to drive efficient, data-driven decisions while owning process documentation and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in business operations, sales operations, or GTM operations in a SaaS/high-growth tech company.
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards with CRM data best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring operational processes that support the global Channels & Alliances organization, ensuring execution is timely, accurate, and scalable.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, partner performance, and other key business metrics.
• Partner with C&A, Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows, resolve business issues, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with and evaluate external vendors to support operational processes, systems enhancements, and business initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to improve consistency and scalability across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative work.
• Serve as a trusted operational resource for the Channels & Alliances organization, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support to stakeholders across the business.
