Job summary
Slalom is seeking an experienced Senior Principal to lead Enterprise Applications services for the Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana market, driving GTM and client success across Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow and Anaplan.
You will shape capability strategy, lead business development, manage complex pursuits, and mentor delivery teams while aligning local opportunities with Slalom's global vision. Competitive salary and benefits.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in a large consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of one or more client verticals.
- Expert business development and client management skills, including C-level relationships.
- Track record of implementing Salesforce, Adobe, Anaplan and/or ServiceNow solutions.
- Technical understanding of these platforms and platform architecture.
- Active software certifications or ability to obtain them.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and program management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM and market-facing initiatives for Enterprise Applications in the TOLA market.
- Drive sales, pursuits, solutioning, and account management with partners and clients.
- Oversee delivery quality and mentor delivery teams.
- Develop capability strategy and grow industry-specific talent.
- Collaborate with account and industry teams for account planning and pursuits.
