Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Senior Principal to lead Enterprise Applications Go-to-Market (GTM) across the TOLA market, including Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. You will shape capability strategy, drive sales motions, and ensure successful delivery and client outcomes with Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, and Anaplan platforms.

You will partner with account and industry teams, mentor delivery professionals, and represent Slalom at external events as a capability SME and thought leader.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in a large consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of one or more client verticals.
• Expert business development and client management skills, including C-level relationships.
• Track record of successfully implementing Salesforce cloud solutions.
• Technical understanding of Salesforce, Adobe, Anaplan and/or ServiceNow with demonstrated understanding and experience with platform architecture.
• Active software certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Connects region or country-wide Capability strategy to the Market based on client portfolio, market maturity, and geographic makeup.
• Drive GTM focus within the TOLA market to drive sales, pursuits, solutioning, and account management.
• Participate in market-specific hiring, staffing, and workforce planning; plan the Market-dedicated Capability pool.
