Job summary

Relay, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, GTM People Services Business Partner to partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development. You will align leaders, design scalable GTM org structures, and coach leaders across the revenue engine to hit revenue goals.

The role requires deep GTM knowledge, executive partnership, and the ability to navigate change in a fast-growing company. Office-based in Raleigh, NC with a strong people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR/People experience supporting go-to-market functions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders (VP/Head) as a credible advisor.
• Deep knowledge of GTM compensation and incentive design.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to GTM executives and coaching managers.
• Design scalable GTM org structures, leveling, and workforce planning.
• Lead compensation design and benchmarking for GTM roles.
