Job summary

Unity Technologies SF is seeking an FP&A professional to partner with Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing. You will drive forecasting, planning, close and budgeting processes for top-line, headcount, and expenses.

You will maintain key GTM KPIs, translate insights to business partners, and collaborate with Data/BI to enhance dashboards. Strong analytical and AI-enabled tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate variances and provide insights.
• Comfort with large data sets and building dashboards.
• Willingness to use AI-powered tools to improve accuracy and depth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner across Sales, eCommerce and Marketing.
• Support end-to-end forecasting, planning, close and budgeting processes.
• Maintain and report GTM KPIs (ARR, ACV, active seats) and translate insights.
• Collaborate with Data/BI to improve dashboards and reporting.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews.
