Unity Technologies SF is seeking an FP&A professional to partner with Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing, driving forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. You will build and maintain dashboards, translate data into actionable insights, and prepare executive materials to guide strategic decisions.

You will work with Adaptive, Workday, Salesforce, and Google Suite, supporting a broad set of metrics and business processes while embracing AI-powered tools to improve accuracy and depth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate variances and surface actionable insights.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, self-aware, and responsive.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation skills.
• Willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience with financial systems (Adaptive, Workday), Salesforce, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting for top-line, headcount, and expenses.
• Serve as finance partner to Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing leaders.
• Maintain and report on GTM KPIs (ARR, ACV, active seats) and translate insights to partners.
• Collaborate with Data/BI to identify gaps and improve dashboards.
• Prepare materials for executive-level business reviews.
