OutSystems is seeking an FP&A Director - GTM to partner with Sales and Marketing leadership, translating data into strategic decisions that drive revenue growth and margin improvement.

The role sits at the intersection of strategic finance and GTM operations, owning end-to-end GTM planning, forecasting, and board-level reporting, while embedding data-driven decision-making across the growth engine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or GTM/Sales Finance experience; 3+ years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated financial business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership.
• Develop ARR driver models, pipeline analytics, and LTV frameworks that connect GTM activity to multi-year revenue outcomes.
• Evaluate ROI on campaigns, channel investments, and sales coverage models using a standardized ROI framework.
