Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Senior Director, GTM Executive Communications, Strategy & Operations to transform Elastic's go-to-market communications and enable execution across a global revenue organization.

Reporting to Global Revenue Operations, this role partners with the CRO to translate priorities into compelling narratives, programs, and experiences that align leaders, empower managers, and accelerate field execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in Executive Communications, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Chief of Staff, GTM Enablement, or Strategic Communications.
• Ability to translate complex business strategy into compelling executive narratives.
• Executive presence and experience working with senior executives.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS go-to-market operating models (annual planning, sales motions, territory strategy, forecasting).
• Experience building scalable communication operations using governance and AI workflows.
• Experience designing executive involvement programs and communications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM Narrative & Communications Strategy aligned with Elastic's priorities and objectives.
• Drive executive messaging, presentations, and field-facing content for CRO and GTM leadership.
• Create scalable content operations, workflows, and editorial standards; measure clarity and adoption.
• Oversee Executive Engagement Programs (CIC, sponsorships, NPS) and governance for impact.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal, and People to drive adoption.
