Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a transformational Senior Director of Demand and Digital Marketing to redefine customer engagement and revenue growth. You will shape digital strategy, modernize the marketing operating model, and build an AI-enabled organization delivering measurable impact.

You'll lead a global Marketing Leadership Team and collaborate with Product Marketing, Web, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to accelerate pipeline and GTM outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading B2B marketing organizations across digital marketing, campaigns, demand generation and GTM strategy.
• 7+ years leading global teams and developing leadership talent.
• Proven enterprise SaaS GTM success with complex buying journeys and technical buyers.
• Strong grasp of paid media, martech, analytics, attribution and AI-enabled marketing.
• Experience using generative AI, predictive analytics and automation to improve outcomes.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar global digital marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Execute Elastic's global digital strategy across paid media, campaigns and lifecycle email marketing.
• Build an AI-powered demand engine to maximize pipeline and streamline operations.
• Lead the evolution of Elastic's digital presence from awareness to conversion.
• Align campaigns with GTM priorities and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
• Champion voice of customers and develop lifecycle programs for retention and upsell.
• Lead and develop a global marketing organization with a focus on innovation and accountability.
• Own measurement frameworks tying digital engagement to business outcomes.
