Job summary

Clay is hiring a GTME Manager to lead and scale a team of Go-To-Market Engineers who blend technical depth with consultative selling. You will build scalable enablement systems and champion a culture of curiosity and impact.

You will design playbooks, discovery methodologies, and qualification criteria while partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to win complex enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leading GTMEs, AEs, Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or similar customer-facing teams.
• Proven deal execution experience in Mid-Market/Enterprise B2B sales cycles.
• Passion for Clay and GTM Automation: ability to scale a team redefining enterprise GTM engines.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team: Recruit, onboard, and coach GTMEs who can balance technical depth and consultative selling.
• Own and scale the GTME playbook: design frameworks, discovery methodologies, demo structures, and qualification criteria.
• Bridge teams and influence product: partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success; translate deals into actionable product feedback.
