Job summary

Aviator is building AI-driven developer workflow automation to speed up PR reviews and safe code delivery in CI/CD environments. You’ll craft enrichment, research, and outbound systems that reach the right engineering leader with the right message, using AI responsibly to enable high-velocity growth.

You will own features from day one and have the chance to convert to a full-time GTM Engineer role as you ship impactful, measurable revenue-driving tools.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to write and ship code that integrates with external tools and APIs.
• Curiosity about how B2B sales scale with technical customers and products.
• Proven track record of shipping daily and measuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build enrichment pipelines and outbound systems that identify signals mattering to Aviator.
• Design signal-based outreach grounded in engineering context and real research.
• Deploy AI agents and automations to gather account intelligence before conversations.
• Integrate GTM stack (CRM, sequencers, enrichment sources, product usage data) for next-best actions.
• Instrument funnels with dashboards to analyze pipeline impact and prune underperforming plays.
• Support founder-led sales with technical prep, competitive teardowns, and account research.
