Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a full-cycle, customer-facing B2B role.
• Personal ownership of at least three stages of a sales cycle.
• Comfortable contributing immediately without a long ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey from outbound pipeline to close.
• Run discovery calls and demos with technical leaders.
• Build and refine GTM playbooks for future hires.
