Job summary

Inferact is building the commercial operating system for its ambitious go-to-market strategy from the ground up. This hands-on GTM engineering role blends technical system-building with RevOps duties to create a clean source of truth, scalable sales processes, and automated workflows.

You will partner with leadership to turn fragmented commercial data into actionable intelligence, define ICPs, and support onboarding, training, and compensation planning as the team grows, with visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• Experience building or operating go-to-market systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM engineering workflows in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing and structuring a CRM, including account and opportunity data models, pipeline stages, required fields, routing, process hygiene, and reporting.
• Strong ability to work with data, APIs, integrations, enrichment sources, automation tools, and lightweight scripting to turn fragmented commercial information into usable workflows.
• Understanding of how an early-stage sales organization operates, including ICP definition, prospect research, pipeline management, handoffs, follow-up, and the difference between useful process and unnecessary process.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate GTM systems and RevOps workflows.
• Define and implement CRM structure, data models, pipeline stages, and reporting.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to align GTM data needs.
• Support sales onboarding, training, and compensation planning as the org scales.
