Job summary

Wispr Flow is pursuing a founding GTM Engineer to build the systems our go-to-market runs on—data enrichment, signals, outbound and inbound motions, and intelligent agents. You’ll shape how prospects experience Wispr, whether they buy self-serve or through sales, collaborating across sales, marketing, and Revenue Operations.

You’ll write production code in Python or TypeScript, work with SQL and APIs, and integrate Salesforce and our data warehouse stack.

Qualifications

5+ years in GTM engineering with 2+ years in a GTM engineering role.
Experience building outbound or inbound systems that generate measurable pipeline.
Proficient in production code with Python or TypeScript, SQL, and APIs.

Responsibilities

Build the company and people data ecosystems, signals, and ICP/account scoring for reps.
Own outbound programmatic plays and inbound end-to-end lead routing and speed-to-lead.
Develop and run AI-driven workflows and agents with monitoring and evals.
Integrate Salesforce and data warehouse layers, ensuring reliable data syncs.
Provide tools, docs, and patterns for ops, sales, and marketing to leverage AI.
Maintain production-grade code with logging, fallbacks, and governance.
Collaborate across sales, marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline.
