Siro is building the future of human-AI collaboration in sales. As the GTM Engineer, you will design data flows, manage integrations between CRM and product data, and empower the SDR and GTM teams with real-time insights.

Your expertise will scale out our outbound motion and drive data-driven decisions across the org. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data/analytics engineering, strong Python/SQL, and hands-on experience with ETL, CRM data, and GTM tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, data or analytics engineering, and/or GTM engineering
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, API integrations, and/or ETL workflows
• Comfort working with CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) and its messiness
• Experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Freckle.io, and/or Deepline
• A track record of taking a spec from someone else and shipping it reliably, on time
• An AI-forward mindset, ideally from using LLMs or AI agents inside workflows
• Clear written communications. You can explain a technical tradeoff to a sales leader in a few sentences.
• Curiosity about how sales teams work and what makes them win

Responsibilities

• Build and automate GTM data flows end to end.
• Own the GTM data layer ensuring clean, deduplicated data in source of truth systems.
• Document and maintain data systems so they are easy to understand as the team grows.
• Work closely with GTM leaders to scope, estimate effort and push back when a simpler path exists.
• Refine analysis and reporting for pipeline, funnel and account-level metrics.
• Develop a data-driven point of view for future investments and platform choices.
