Job summary

Artemis is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power our go-to-market motion. This founding-level role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, RevOps, and engineering, owning the technical infrastructure that enables Artemis to find, engage, and close customers.

You'll design AI-driven agents and automations, integrate the GTM tool stack, and ship internal tools and dashboards that give the GTM team visibility into what's working.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a role blending technical work with GTM, revenue operations, or growth.
• Strong fluency with AI coding tools, no-code automation, and modern GTM tooling.
• Systems thinker able to map data across complex deal cycles and the GTM stack.
• Fluency with AI-driven workflows and tools as a force multiplier.
• Strong data instincts across data warehouses, dbt, and reverse ETL tools like Fivetran, Hightouch, Census.
• Builder mindset: you ship solutions and iterate quickly.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs from scratch.
• Excellent communicator between technical decisions and GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain GTM infrastructure: CRM configuration, data pipelines, tool integrations, and internal tooling.
• Design and ship AI-driven agents and automations across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Own the GTM data layer: connect product usage, CRM, marketing tools, and external data sources.
• Build enrichment, scoring, and prioritization systems for accounts and signals.
• Partner with sales to automate outbound workflows, personalization at scale, and pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with marketing on attribution, campaign automation, and lead routing.
• Partner with customer success on health scoring, churn signals, and expansion triggers.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage GTM tool stack from CRM to revenue intelligence.
• Build internal tools and dashboards for GTM visibility into what works.
• Move fast and ship daily, treating GTM system as a product.
