Job summary

Scribe, a rapidly growing AI-enabled platform, is seeking a founding Enablement lead. This remote US-based role builds the enablement function from the ground up, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver repeatable GTM execution.

You will design onboarding, learning paths, and certifications; develop sales infrastructure; and create metrics linking enablement to pipeline and retention.

Qualifications

• Built a sales or revenue enablement function at a high-growth SaaS company
• Has 10+ years across enablement, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles with impact on ramp time, productivity, or win rates
• Worked closely with Product Marketing to align messaging with field execution
• Owns outcomes, not just programs, and can tie enablement to pipeline and retention metrics
• Has executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and can operate without a large team
• Experienced in AI or SaaS environments and understands fast messaging/product/context shifts

Responsibilities

• Define and build Scribe's enablement function from scratch, including operating model, tooling, and roadmap across Sales, SDR, and Customer Success
• Design and launch onboarding that reduces time to productivity for GTM hires
• Create role-based learning paths, certifications, and competency frameworks for revenue teams
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate product launches and positioning into usable GTM programs
• Develop and maintain core sales infrastructure: playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling
• Establish a measurement framework tying enablement activity to business outcomes and guide future builds
• Serve as strategic partner to GTM leadership, not just a program executor
