Sage is seeking a Business Analyst, GTM Effectiveness in Atlanta to design, deliver, and adopt scalable GTM solutions across the Global Model Office. You will translate business needs into clear, implementation-ready requirements while balancing platform capabilities and constraints.

Lead discovery sessions with Sales, RevOps, and Operations, write user stories, define end-to-end processes, support UAT, and ensure traceability across workstreams and regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience within complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Hands-on Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience and familiarity with CRM-driven sales processes.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and elicit requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong experience writing user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience planning and executing UAT with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and applying them to BA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and document end-to-end business processes across multiple systems, including data flows and integration points.
• Evaluate business needs against system capabilities and identify opportunities for configuration or enhancements.
• Translate requirements into implementation-ready specifications and manage requirements throughout delivery.
• Lead change impact analysis and cross-functional alignment across Sales, RevOps, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and execute UAT, develop test cases, and provide readouts on outcomes and risks.
