Job summary

Uscreen is seeking a GTM Analyst to transform funnel data into dashboards that Sales and Marketing trust.You will own the reporting layer for the funnel, ensure data quality, and provide fast, reliable answers to everyday questions from GTM teams.

You will work with Analytics and RevOps leadership in an AI-native environment, building insights across CRM and marketing systems and driving cross-functional decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a GTM analytics role with funnel focus.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards using the stack.
• Write SQL within an analytics environment (dbt/BigQuery).
• Experience reporting on CRM/marketing tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Own scoring or attribution models and monitor drift.
• Understand B2B and B2C funnels and key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards that Sales and Marketing trust.
• Own day-to-day GTM reporting as data and motions evolve.
• Analyze campaigns and initiatives; provide actionable recommendations.
• Integrate CRM and marketing data into cross-functional analyses.
• Audit data quality, fields, and lead-routing rules; fix root causes.
• Be the go-to with Sales, Marketing, RevOps for funnel data insights.
• Communicate data clearly to non-analysts; advance AI-enabled insights.
