Global Payments Inc. is seeking a GTM Data Analyst to join our SMB team and help shape the future of global commerce.

The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing sales and partner data across Snowflake and Salesforce to power reliable reporting and data-driven decisions. You will own data management, governance, and reporting, collaborate with Sales Ops, Partner Ops, BI, and Data Engineering, and build dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data modeling for reporting and governance.
• Experience with Salesforce hierarchy and Snowflake data structures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SMB sales/partner hierarchy in Snowflake and sync to Salesforce.
• Develop dashboards/reports in Salesforce for SMB leadership.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and governance across systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Partner Ops, BI, and Data Eng teams.
