Job summary

Engg, an applied AI lab building Devin, seeks a GTM Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale the tech stack behind our go-to-market engine in San Francisco. You will connect CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, and data warehouse to automate workflows and provide leadership with a trusted view of the sales funnel.

You will own integrations, data flows, data hygiene, and forecasting infrastructure while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and GTM Operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or technical Sales/Marketing Ops at a high-growth company.
• Deep hands-on experience administering and customizing a CRM (Salesforce) including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations.
• Experience building CPQ and billing systems is preferred.
• Genuinely curious & interested in AI, with experience applying it to day-to-day work.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience building integrations with APIs and automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io).
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
• A systems-thinking mindset: design for scale, document work, and care about clean data.
• Thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments and own problems end to end.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain the GTM tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation infrastructure.
• Design and own integrations and data flows between GTM systems and the data warehouse using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL.
• Build automations to improve data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and deal desk processes.
• Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows that reduce manual work and surface timely signals to reps.
• Ensure data integrity across systems with clear data models, deduplication, validation rules, and monitoring.
• Partner with Ops and Data Engineering to support reporting, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure.
• Evaluate, implement, and retire tools as the business scales, with documentation and change management.

About the Role

We're hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure behind our go-to-market engine. You'll own the architecture that connects our CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, and data warehouse, turning manual processes into reliable, automated workflows. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and GTM Operations, you'll translate needs from the field into solutions that improve data quality, speed up our teams, and give leadership a trusted view of the sales funnel.
