Job summary

AI Chopping Block, Inc. is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to architect and scale the technical backbone of our go-to-market operations in San Francisco.

You will integrate CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and data warehousing to automate workflows and deliver reliable data to leadership. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and GTM Ops, focusing on data quality, scalable design, and end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or technical Sales/Marketing Ops at a high-growth company.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM administration including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations.
• Experience with CPQ and billing systems is preferred.
• Curious about AI with practical applications in daily work.
• Strong SQL skills and data warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience building integrations with APIs and automation platforms; scripting in Python/JS is a plus.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on scalable, well-documented data.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain the GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, marketing automation).
• Design and own integrations and data flows between GTM systems and the data warehouse using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL.
• Build automations to improve data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and deal desk processes.
• Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows to remove manual work and surface signals to reps.
• Ensure data integrity with clear data models, deduplication, validation rules, and monitoring.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure with Ops and Data Engineering.
• Evaluate, implement, and retire tools with documentation and change management.

About the RoleWe're hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure behind our go-to-market engine. You'll own the architecture that connects our CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, and data warehouse, turning manual processes into reliable, automated workflows. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and GTM Operations, you'll translate needs from the field into solutions that improve data quality, speed up our teams, and give leadership a trusted view of the sales funnel.

In this role you will:

• Architect, build, and maintain our GTM tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, marketing automation infrastructure, and more.

• Design and own integrations and data flows between GTM systems and the data warehouse using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL

• Build automations to improve data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, deal desk processes, etc.

• Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows that remove manual work and surface timely signals to reps

• Ensure data integrity across systems through clear data models, deduplication, validation rules, and monitoring

• Partner with Ops and Data Engineering to support reporting, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure

• Evaluate, implement, and retire tools as the business scales, with thoughtful documentation and change management

Requirements for the role:

• 4+ years in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or a technical Sales/Marketing Ops role at a high-growth company

• Deep hands-on experience administering and customizing a CRM (Salesforce), including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations

• Experience building and maintaining CPQ and billing systems is preferred

• Genuinely curious & interested in AI, with experience applying it to your day-to-day work

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with a data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)

• Experience building integrations with APIs and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray.io); scripting in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus

• A systems-thinking mindset: you design for scale, document your work, and care about clean data

• You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments and enjoy owning problems end to end
