Job summary

Bevi is transforming how beverages are delivered with an IoT-enabled platform. We seek a GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure powering our go-to-market motion.

You’ll embed with Sales & Marketing, shipping AI-powered workflows, defining success metrics, and reducing manual work through automation. Strong Salesforce fluency and experience with APIs, SQL, and integration tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering in a B2B environment.
• Experience shipping AI-powered workflows in production.
• Deep Salesforce data modeling, automation patterns, and QA.
• Hands-on experience building enrichment/orchestration workflows.
• Proficient with SQL and API/webhooks integration.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Sales & Marketing to translate business needs into technical requirements and plans.
• Lead GTM Engineering with a product mindset: scope, prototype, ship, measure, scale.
• Define success metrics for every system you ship, e.g., meetings booked and pipeline influenced.
• Build LLM-powered workflows and agents to empower sellers and marketers at scale.
• Design workflows for enrichment, routing, segmentation, scoring, and signals-based actions.
• Create agentic outbound systems to help reps prospect smarter and personalize at scale.
• Reduce admin burden by automating CRM data capture and in-workflow tooling.
• Integrate GTM stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, intent tools) with lightweight AI-powered connectors.
