Job summary

Spellbook, the leading AI copilot for transactional lawyers, seeks a GTM Analytics Lead to define analytical frameworks and growth roadmaps. You’ll partner with marketing, product, and engineering to design experiments, build models, and analyze multi-channel programs to optimize customer acquisition.

You’ll own data tooling and attribution, drive fast iteration, and help the team scale decisions with rigorous analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, or another quantitative field; 5+ years as a Data Scientist.
• Strong Python skills across exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, and applied ML for marketing/growth.
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Experience with marketing attribution and data-driven growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical, machine learning, and econometric methods to large datasets to evaluate channel performance and isolate the causal impact of marketing and sales activity on a multi-touch B2B sales cycle
• Build attribution models and investment frameworks that inform Spellbook’s channel spend and messaging effectiveness across segments
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales, and Engineering to unify data across first- and third-party sources for informed growth decisions
• Drive experimental design across acquisition, activation, and retention to enable fast, low-cost channel testing
• Shape the data culture by improving tools, processes, and systems used by the team to scale decisions
