Job summary

Cribl, the AI platform for telemetry, seeks a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, translating strategy into architecture and clear requirements while collaborating with sellers, GTM leaders, and engineering.

You will move from discovery to prototype to launch, applying CUJ and JTBD thinking to real needs and turning insights into AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS
Experience turning discovery into prototypes and launches
Ability to translate product strategy into architecture and requirements
Strong collaboration with GTM, sales, and engineering

Responsibilities

Sales Productivity and GTM Transformation: identify friction, reduce admin work, automate tasks, and improve seller time on revenue‑generating activities.
Product Strategy and Execution: own the vision, roadmap, and end‑to‑end delivery for GTM AI, prioritize opportunities, and drive adoption.
Technical Strategy and AI Enablement: define target architecture, integrations, and non‑functional requirements; build AI‑powered workflows.
Governance, Adoption, and Measurement: set governance, define success metrics, and ensure trusted, secure AI experiences.
