Job summary

Oneleet is building a security and compliance platform to simplify cybersecurity. We’re seeking a GTM AI Engineer - Data & Attribution to own the data backbone from first ad click to closed-won, reconciling numbers across platforms and delivering executive dashboards.

You will integrate data across HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and PostHog into BigQuery, build insightful visuals, and enable sharper ABM and outbound motions with AI-assisted personalization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, or analytics engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on ownership of marketing/sales data infrastructure.
• Scientific mindset with experimentation and hypothesis testing.
• Passion for automating and enhancing channel performance.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering & Pipeline Ownership: design, build, and manage our data pipeline in BigQuery from multiple sources.
• Attribution & Tracking: resolve discrepancies across platforms and explain them to stakeholders.
• Dreamdata & Revenue Attribution: model full prospect journey and guide budget decisions.
• Visualization & Reporting: create executive dashboards (Looker/Looker Studio) showing channel performance.
• ABM with Clay & AI: design ABM strategy and leverage AI for personalized messaging at scale.
