Job summary

Gong is seeking a results-driven RevOps professional to own core Center of Excellence initiatives, govern workflows, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You will drive AI acceleration for GTM, build scalable processes, and create reference assets for prospects and customers.

This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to scale Gong's revenue operations across teams and regions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in revenue or sales operations in SaaS.
• Experience owning a project from scoping to execution.
• Strong technical aptitude across Salesforce, Gong, LLMs.
• Ability to turn technical work into business-facing stories.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Strong written communication and ambiguity tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Own CoE projects across governance, GTM design, and AI acceleration.
• Build and maintain governed workflows in Gong with clear ownership.
• Collaborate with product, Sales, and Customer Zero test groups.
• Develop reference assets and case studies for GTM.
• Present findings to RevOps leadership.
• Define governance standards and maintain audits.
• Map GTM persona workflows to AI maturity and outputs.
