Job summary

Parallels is seeking a GTM Engineer AI & Automation to transform how our go-to-market organization operates. You will build and deploy AI-enabled workflows across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and RevOps to automate the revenue lifecycle and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, Revenue Operations, Sales or Marketing Operations, automation, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market processes and the revenue lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience building workflow automations and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Experience with APIs and structured data.
• Familiarity with CRM and GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Marketo, or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build GTM Automation & AI Workflows across the revenue lifecycle to eliminate manual work.
• Prototype, implement, integrate, measure, and improve programmatic workflows.
• Design AI-enabled workflows, agents, and copilots to add value.
• Prototype solutions rapidly and move experiments into scalable production.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing GTM systems and develop reusable automation components.
• Choose simple, effective technical solutions balancing impact, reliability, cost, and speed.
• Automate account and opportunity research and CRM data capture.
• Develop AI-generated account briefs, meeting prep, and buyer-signal identification.
