Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Manager, GTF MRO Industrial Readiness (P5) for the Aftermarket Operations – Commercial Engines. You will lead development and execution of the GTF readiness plan for MRO facilities, ensuring alignment with cost and quality objectives.

The role is onsite at East Hartford, with options at other sites. You will coordinate across program offices, engineering, and the MRO network to drive readiness, KPI alignment, and process discipline, while managing industrialization

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 10+ years in aftermarket/aerospace is required.
• Experience in Operations, Engineering, or Project Management within MRO or Aerospace industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GTF MRO readiness across engine centers and partners.
• Manage industrialization projects to ensure efficiency and readiness.
• Analyze DAT capacity and strategy to support program requirements.
• Coordinate with Program Office and Engineering to align KPIs and data flow.
• Drive resource allocation for engine induction planning.
• Participate in IPMT and AIPT meetings.
• Establish sustainable processes and maintain discipline across the org.
