Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 10 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRL progression and develop measurable readiness plans for key hardware.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk reduction and readiness execution with operations and engineering teams.
• Ensure qualified processes and documentation support production transitions and reduce defects.
