Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Lead GSRP Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct 4-year-olds under the Great Start Readiness Program. You will design daily lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with a classroom team to ensure high-quality instruction.

As a Lead GSRP Teacher, you’ll develop IDPs for each child, lead parent conferences, and ensure compliance with GSRP standards, licensing rules, and program quality expectations while engaging families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or valid teaching certificate with ZA/ZS endorsement
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children.The GSRP Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the GSRP grant.
