Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks a Lead GSRP Teacher to plan and deliver daily lessons for 4-year-olds under Michigan's GSRP program. You will observe, assess, and tailor instruction to individual needs while coordinating with the classroom team to maintain high-quality learning environments.

You will also develop IDPs, lead conferences with families, ensure compliance with program standards, and participate in ongoing professional development and coaching to advance child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or teaching certificate with ZA/ZS endorsement.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children.The GSRP Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the GSRP grant.

As a Lead GSRP Teacher, you’ll:
