Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a GSRP Associate Teacher in Michigan to support a Play-based Pre-K classroom and help prepare children for kindergarten.

The ideal candidate will assist the Lead Teacher with daily lessons, observe children's development, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment while building strong relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a valid CDA with plan to complete an associate degree.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.
• Team player with a passion for early childhood education.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children.We’re looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll:
