Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based Pre-K classroom funded by Michigan's state program. You will assist in daily lesson planning, observe child development, and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Ideal candidates bring an Associate degree or CDA credential with a plan to complete an associate degree, plus experience with preschoolers and a collaborative, family-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA with plan to complete an associate degree.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.
• Team player with a passion for early childhood education.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children.We’re looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll:
