Job summary

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. We’re looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll support daily lessons, assist in observing development, maintain a safe classroom, build strong relationships with families, and participate in meetings and required professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• CDA credential with plan to complete an associate degree.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.
• Team player with a passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities
