Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a 24-hour department with rotating schedules.
• Shift work experience in a 24-hour operation preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication; call center/phone experience preferred.
• Strong documentation, investigative, and report writing skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor threats, trends and incidents affecting TD Bank personnel, facilities, operations and reputation.
• Prepare detailed reports and escalate critical incidents as needed.
• Coordinate security guards and police details when required.
• Support onsite contract security staff and liaise with emergency services.
• Participate in Physical Security projects (photo ID, access control, video monitoring).
• Respond to security operations notifications from internal and external parties.
