Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with progressive experience preferred
Minimum 1 year GSOC/central monitoring experience required
Active New Jersey SORA license required
Shift work experience in a 24-hour operation
Typing skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

Prioritizes excellent customer service.
Monitors for threats, incidents, and trends impacting client security and reputation.
Writes detailed reports and escalates critical incidents as needed.
Handles sensitive information with limited supervision.
Coordinates with risk functions on policies and controls within the department.
Liaises with security guards and details as needed.
Monitors access control systems and responds to alarms or malfunctions.
Assists in security projects involving video monitoring and identification systems.
Supports onsite security staff and conducts open-source research to produce intelligence.
