Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred with progressive experience.
• 1 year of GSOC/central station monitoring experience or equivalent.
• Active New Jersey SORA license required.
• Shift work experience in a 24-hour operation.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize excellent customer service.
• Monitor for threats, trends, and incidents affecting client personnel, facilities, operations, and reputation.
• Prepare detailed reports with escalation when needed.
• Handle sensitive information with limited supervision.
• Coordinate security staff and police details as needed.
• Monitor access control systems and respond to alarms or malfunctions.
