Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with progressive experience preferred.
• 1 year of GSOC/central station monitoring or equivalent.
• Active New Jersey SORA license.
• Shift work in a 24-hour operation.
• Open availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes excellent customer service.
• Monitors for threats, trends, and incidents impacting clients.
• Writes detailed incident reports with understanding of escalation.
• Handles confidential information with limited supervision.
• Coordinates with security staff and law enforcement as needed.
• Monitors access control systems and responds to alarms and malfunctions.
