Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a logistics and distribution site following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly using established procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Observe and control access to the location, monitoring personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol activities for site contacts and leadership.
