Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for the Secure Operations Center in Goodyear, AZ. You will protect clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more, delivering vigilant security and rapid response to incidents.

The role requires the Arizona guard card and a willingness to work outdoors, with the pay rate of $22.00 per hour. A background check and drug screening are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site and perimeter.
